Christmas Day 2010

Ready for Christmas! She's been sleeping in on the weekends until somewhere between 8-9am and funny enough, Christmas morning she was bright eyed at 7am!

Checking out her mound of presents - nearly ALL of these are hers!

Loving all the Christmas Tree ornaments!

Autumn LOVED tearing off the wrapping paper, but kept trying to stick it all in her mouth.

Love this picture! Wild hair and all!

Later in the day, we dressed her up in her Christmas attire - look at that cute hat!

What a sweet grin!

She hadn't messed with the Christmas tree all month until Christmas morning and then she wouldn't leave it alone, so it came down shortly after - haha!

Holiday Fun

I can't believe I haven't updated this blog since Thanksgiving - so much has happened since then! So much in fact, that I'm going to break it up into a couple different posts. Autumn had her 9 month wellness check on December 10th and she is a whopping 15 lbs 4 oz and 26 1/2 inches long. The doctor said she is just going to be a petite little girl! She is now standing and pulling up on things and this week even started walking around holding onto things. Eric and I can't believe how big she's gotten so fast!

The week after Thanksgiving, we had a couple different holiday events up at work. The first was pictures of all the babies born this year in their Betenbough Homes onesies in front of the Christmas Tree. Autumn did great in the pictures by herself but when it came time for all the kids to get together and take pictures, she could NOT sit still and kept crawling away. Below are some of my favorite and her facial expressions totally show her lively personality!

She could not stop grinning and making everyone laugh!

Pausing for just a second with all the other babies...

...and there she goes!

This is one of my favorites of her from the day!

Below is my great friend, Tiffany, and her baby girl, Kira, that she adopted from Russia this fall. It's been fun to become moms together this year

Every year on the first Saturday in December, our company, Betenbough Homes, hosts a Christmas Open House at our Model Homes. We have fun for the kids and Santa pictures. This year, the three of us on the Ministry Team got to help with Santa pictures as Mrs. Claus and the 2 elves. It was a ton of fun!

Autumn's 1st Santa picture - she was freaked out!

But as soon as mom jumped in the picture, all was great!
